Delivery Information:
The delivery day depends on the delivery service selected during checkout. We will deliver to the address provided by you when you place your order and make your payment.
Orders usually despatched within 24-48 hours. Monday to Friday. We deliver only We only deliver within the UK. Standard UK mainland delivery cut-off time is 06:00 pm Thursday.
Orders after this time will be dispatched on Monday (except for public holidays), the following week.

Our local delivery charges mainly design for weight-based rates, weight-based prices will pop up on top of the checkout area.
If you are ordering more than 15kg, please split the order or contact our team. Items will be dispatched within 24-48 hours on working days due to the current pandemic situation. delivery may vary depends on the courier.
We use DHL and Royal Mail as our main couriers based on the order size and value. Orders below 2kg are dispatched through Royal Mail and anything over 2kg will be delivered through DHL or UPS.
Due to the limitations of the courier companies, we have a maximum order weight limit of 23kg per order regardless of the order value. This is beyond our control and we have to rely on the terms and conditions outlined by the delivery companies.
However, if you have any special needs (almsgiving, parties, etc) and would like to place a large/heavy order we will try our best to fulfil the customer's satisfaction. Please contact us in advance to find out more before you place such an order
Our delivery partners will inform you via email and/or text message of the intended delivery date & approximate time. It will be the customer's responsibility to make the necessary arrangements to be available to receive the delivery or to re-arrange the delivery with the delivery company. We aim to deliver your order as fast as we can, subject to the availability of the items ordered. However, if you placed your order with Standard UK Mainland delivery. This is to ensure that your order receives you. However, we will try our best to deliver all orders 3-4 Working Days for orders (Except Special Orders on request).
